Zero Balancing
Full body and energy balancing. Zero Balancing uses the power of transformative touch to release and rearrange energy held in the deepest layer of our body, the skeletal system. It is a tool to bring the mind and body back into a state of harmony. A typical session lasts about 45-60 minutes. The client lays fully clothed on their back while the practitioner uses finger pressure and gentle traction on areas of tension.

Private Yoga Session
Yoga is for every body. Every body is different, so the same pose can look different for every person. Working one on one provides a personalized sequence and poses curated to meet you at the edge of your yoga practice. You’ll receive specific cues and adjustments which will allow you to sink into your poses with more safety, ease, and alignment specifically for your body. This may include breathwork and meditation.

Holistic disease management with a licensed pharmacist. This can include a wide variety of services including dietary recommendations, supplements, ensuring there are no drug interactions with your current supplements, vitamins, and medications, an analysis on whether certain dis-eases or ailments are being appropriately cared for, treated or monitored.
