Zero Balancing
Full body and energy balancing. Zero Balancing uses the power of transformative touch to release and rearrange energy held in the deepest layer of our body, the skeletal system. It is a tool to bring the mind and body back into a state of harmony. A typical session lasts about 30-45 minutes of touch. The client lays fully clothed on their back while the practitioner uses finger pressure and gentle traction on areas of tension.
Private Somatic Movement Session
Somatic movement sessions are designed for every body. Every body is unique, so the movements may look different for each person. Working one-on-one provides a personalized approach that includes stretching, yoga, chi gong, breathwork, and other movement practices aimed at enhancing mobility and energy flow in your body. You’ll receive specific cues and adjustments tailored to meet your needs, helping you move with more ease, safety, and alignment. These sessions are designed to support the free flow of energy, improve flexibility, and encourage overall well-being.
Health Consultation
Holistic disease management with a licensed pharmacist. This can include a wide variety of services including dietary recommendations, supplements, ensuring there are no drug interactions with your current supplements, vitamins, and medications, an analysis on whether certain dis-eases or ailments are being appropriately cared for, treated or monitored.
